WHO WE ARE
The world can be a fast paced, chaotic and downright stressful place. We forget how calm and relaxed we can be when we take a moment to focus on our own needs in the midst of all our obligations, and when we have something we truly can call our own.
I know what this feels like. I have raised 3 boys, been the carpool mom and juggled prioritizing family and job. With this in mind, I have created My Yoga Essentials.
